Arizonans for Children Inc., incorporated as a 501 (c) (3) non-profit, exists to facilitate opportunities and provide effective solutions to alleviate hardships and improve the fragile lives of the abused, abandoned, and neglected children in foster care.
Foster children in your community are waiting for a mentor. The Arizonans for Children tutor/mentor program is an opportunity to make a difference in a child’s life and introduce them to a world they would never be able to experience.
Arizonans for Children tutor/mentors commit to a minimum one-year, one-on-one relationship with a school-aged foster child (ages 5-18) in Maricopa County in an effort to help that child improve both their academic and personal development.
